Day 2…6mins of hell but my endurance is slowly coming back. Did the high knees, climbers, and plank straight through. Had to stop a couple times on burpees……evil things.lol
Day 1 of the start of 4 30day challenges. Planks, Burpees, Squats and High Knees/Climbers. One from each group. I’ll do this for a few months to get back into a routine. Maynot be perfect or consecutive but dangit Imma do it. :-)
